Eligibility

• Wholesale accounts are available to fabric shops, quilt stores, boutiques, online retailers, and handmade businesses.
  

Minimum Order Requirements

• Opening Order Minimum: $100
• Reorder Minimum: $100
  

Pricing & Payment

• Wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved wholesale accounts.
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders typically ship 7 business days via USPS for smaller orders, UPS for larger orders.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately based on weight and destination.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders.
• If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a resolution.

Selling Guidelines

• Our fabric may be sold in brick-and-mortar shops, online stores, and handmade marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, Shopify).
• Reselling on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart is not permitted.
• Wholesale buyers may use our product photos and descriptions for online listings with proper credit.
